Refund policy
Our goal is simple: if the software cannot perform its advertised core function in your environment,
we will work with you to fix it. If we cannot, we will offer a fair resolution.
- Refund requests should be sent to support@itzymgr.com.
- Please include: your use case, steps to reproduce, and relevant logs/screenshots.
- If the issue is reproducible and blocks the core advertised function, we’ll either provide a fix or discuss refund options.
- Refunds are not guaranteed for “change of mind” or situations outside the tool’s stated scope/limitations.
This policy is intentionally straightforward to avoid misunderstandings and support emergencies.
